Identifying Clients and Services

  • Going deeper to identify your ideal client, how to serve them, and where to find them
  • Clarifying Fees and Creating Coaching Packages
    • Systems and Organization for the Solopreneur


    Month Three: Overcoming Objections and Closing Sales

    • Intensive work on overcoming the most common objections
    • Practicing selling and closing until it becomes FUN!


      Month Four: Mastering Networking

      • Knowing where to find leads
      • Be challenged in real time to have conversations and make sales
      • Working on what to say to grow your network
      • Systematizing, organizing, and planning your networking activities and practice-building


      Month Five: Presenting – YOU

      • Visibility strategies
      • Social media, speaking, podcast guesting and more ways to become known
      • The four elements that form your marketing as a coach
      • The basics of the technology needed to make the impact you want to make


      Month Six: Business Management

      • Tools, resources, policies, and procedures of a healthy and thriving coaching practice
      • Coach self-management
      • How to do it all and when not to
      • Your plan for growth

      Once you have these lessons and strategies in your tool box, you’ll be on solid footing and feel more confident about gaining and serving clients, as well as creating a sustainable business.

      There is Video Content and Handouts in our Training Vault, available to you at all times during the course.  

      Thursdays are Subject Matter Teaching Days starting November 7th.

      Thursday, 4th session of the month, is The Coach’s Studio Day: Inspired by The Actor’s Studio, these sessions are for practicing sales calls, practicing your introduction, rehearsing a presentation and practicing overcoming objections with ease.
